ZOHR GAS FIELD DEVELOPMENT

Construction of onshore gas plant on an area of 2.5 million m2 on 2 phases The first Phase includes inlet facilities, EPF, 4 production Trains, 2 SRUs, Utilities and Flair. It has been completed with gas production capacity that reached 2 BCFD. In parallel and during Completion of the first phase, Petrojet have started construction works in second phase that includes additional 3 production Trains, 2 SRUs, Utilities and Flair. phase 2 aims to increase gas production to more than 2.8 BCFD On the other hand, Petrojet carries out the fabrication of offshore structures for Zohr offshore field that is located 200 km off the onshore plant in the Mediterranean sea operations and at a depth of 1,500 meters. The fabrication works includes fabrication of control platform & deep water structures in addition to coating of 707 km Subsea pipelines with polyethylene and concrete. The Field has a total potenial of about 30 TCF in place.

A project aiming at increasing the production of the C2 – C3 by introducing modification in both Amereya LPG recovery plant and the WDGC in addition to the installation of new facilities at both plants. Turbo expander technology is utilized in both plants to maximize C2 and c3 production. The projects scope of work also covers modifications to upgrade the existing process facilities and utilities at both plants.
