Not only do we train our staff but also we carry out summer training program for undergraduates. This program exposes the trainees to a unique learning experience at Petrojet with its various divisions and fields of work.
In 2016, Petrojet trained 7688 employees during 145000 training hours (24 % of total number of employees)
Petrojet carried out “Future Leadership Program” which qualifies and prepares young talented employees with skills and opportunities to lead our business into the future and keep us ahead of the industry, whilst sustaining our previous achievements.
The program primary focus is sustainability, where leadership making doesn’t link to time or event.
The program has trained till now over 300 employees.
in 2020, Petrojet has participated in the petroleum ministry development program " The Middle Management Program " a program that trains, qualifies and boosts the potentials of youth for taking managerial roles.
24 employees of Petrojet has succeeded to join this program after passing several tests. 5 of them where put on the fast track program where they had on job training opportunity at Eni's Corporate university and BP's program at Manchister university
